This site stores nothing. However, speech recognition in Chrome and Edge is processed by the browser vendor's cloud service, so avoid dictating sensitive information.
Can I upload a recording to transcribe?

The browser's built-in API only supports live microphone input. Transcribing uploaded files requires a model like Whisper — a WebAssembly version is planned.
